Contest Period
The Titan Automotive July $2,500 Cash Giveaway (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 a.m. CST on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on July 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Saskatchewan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Titan Automotive, Capital Automotive Group, and their respective affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (parents, siblings, spouses, children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

Customers who purchase or finance any in-stock vehicle from Titan Automotive during the Contest Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest for each qualifying vehicle purchased.

To qualify:

• All purchase or finance documentation must be fully signed on or before July 31, 2026.
• Cancelled, rescinded, or otherwise unwound transactions are not eligible.
• Entries are not transferable.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a cash prize of CAD $2,500, payable by cheque.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash alternatives beyond the stated prize will be provided.

Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted by Titan Automotive at the dealership on August 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the phone number and/or email address provided during the vehicle purchase process.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days of notification, Titan Automotive reserves the right to select another eligible entrant.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Titan Automotive to use their name, likeness, photograph, and/or city of residence for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Titan Automotive, which are final in all matters relating to the Contest.

Titan Automotive reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest, or amend these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.

Titan Automotive is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries or communications.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
