Its rare talent to be able to hear your customers wants and needs and be able to find exactly what they wanted. On the way home I found out it chargers my phone jusy by setting it down ?! We purchased a pre-owned 2025 Mazda CX-70 GT Plug-in HEV (PHEV) from Titan Automotive, and we were both impressed by the dealership. Titan Automotive had a wider selection of hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles compared to other dealerships, and their vehicles were offered at fair prices online. The selection and pricing were what made us notice the dealership and got us in the door. We were greeted by the Senior Product Specialist, Josh Clarke. Josh was highly knowledgeable about the product, very fair in the negotiation process for our vehicle, and took a reasonable, relatively low-pressure sales approach. These qualities were much appreciated. He even backed up certain comparison statements using artificial intelligence. He texted us back on two different occasions to answer questions outside of business hours, no small thing, and it spoke to the level of service we received throughout. So, we decided to make our purchase through Josh Clarke at Titan Automotive. We were well aware that, outside of a home purchase, this was the second most valuable purchase we would make, and not a decision to take lightly. We had test-driven many vehicles at other dealerships across Saskatchewan before committing to Josh and Titan Automotive. We were also introduced to Titan's Finance Manager, Ryan McCallister. Ryan clearly explained our various insurance options and, crucially, his demeanor echoed Josh's low-pressure approach when it came to the different insurance products Titan had on offer. We also met the Sales Manager, Trevor Johnston, and the General Sales Manager, Mike Gelowitz, both of whom were affable, genuine, and friendly. In short, it was a really nice experience overall for such a demanding process. Titan Automotive is highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the experience that went with it. I had heard great things about Christopher from a friend that had recently worked with him. I went to Titan yesterday thinking that I would just talk with Christopher about the “what if’s” of doing a trade in. But I didn’t have high hopes because my situation seemed too complicated and therefore impossible. Christopher helped me do the impossible and I ended leaving there with a new to me car which I am completely in love with. He handled all of the hard parts and jumped through all of the messy hoops for me. Thank you so much Christopher!
