Waldo was our sales person, we had looked online and found our ideal vehicle and he was able to work some magic and get us into it within about a day. We did a test drive in the afternoon and that same evening we were off to plate our new to us truck. He is also very personable and friendly. I had the opportunity to work with salesperson Arsh Gill when buying a Subaru BRZ Sport Tech at Titan Automotive. I wasn't sure of what type of vehicle I was looking for and he was happy to discuss my current use, how I would be using the vehicle, as well as what I wanted in a new vehicle. He picked out a few great cars for me to test drive. He was super friendly, was prepared, showed integrity, and was open to my requests for an efficient, no-nonsense interaction, with streamlining processes. He was excellent. Working with the financial aspect of buying the car with Titan's financial person was less-desirable. Although he was super friendly, I did not appreciate the amount of work and negotiating it took to finalize a fair deal. My 21 year old son had previously received a raw deal from Titan due to his inexperience with buying cars, and I felt the financial person was well on his way to trying the same tactics with me. My advice would be to do your homework and know your stuff or you will be taken to the cleaners by Titan's financial dept. Salesperson Arsh, however, was exceptional and I highly recommend him for an authentic and streamlined experience.
