⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience! I went in already knowing what I wanted, and Christopher made the whole process easy. He took the time to understand my needs and what would make the vehicle the right fit for me. And he definitely has the best test-drive route in Regina! He went above and beyond after the sale too—arranging a total detailing job and providing a vehicle for me to use while it was being done. The roof rack, trailer hitch, and winter tires were great bonuses as well. The only things missing were all the floor mats and an EV charger, but overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Every time either myself or my wife have been to Titan both the service and the experience has been exceptional. The finance manager Liana has been extremely informative, and has made us both feel heard and valued as customers. I have never personally experienced a dealership like Titan before. Their exceptional service and over and above help with situations are truly remarkable. The individuals whom I dealt with definitely need raises, everyone else there was amazing too! We had an unfortunate situations where dealing with SGI was an absolute nightmare and still is. When SGI was supposed to be there for my family and helping us with a total loss accident I did not cause, they faulted and Titan stepped up. I was taken care of even when they didnt have to do anything about my situation. Ive been searching for the right vehicle for a couple years with Liana and shes been so supportive from the beginning.
