Great and honest people to deal with, bought an $80k special car from “Titan Automotive” every one was very helpful specially Josh, sent me a video and all service records for the vehicle, Carson took care of the finance part of the deal and he was great as well, and Mike the manager was great to oversee everything, and to say the least I felt very confident with the purchase since it was an unseen vehicle “an out of province purchase”

Update. I take it back. Vehicle came with one key and the manufacture key fob is falling apart. Didn’t get the referral cheque. Don’t buy a vehicle at night. There was damage we didn’t see. When my mom contacted Christopher she was told to bring it up at her oil change. If they cared they would have asked her to bring the vehicle back so they can take a look at it. They will probably tell her that because it’s been so long it’s her problem!

If this was a news article, It'd simply be titled; WOW! What a top-notch team at this dealership, Arsh, Trevor, Ryan and Riley (Sales, Sales manager, finance and service respectively) are a wonderful team and did everything possible to get me into a great new-to-me vehicle! An absolute 180 compared to my past experience at a certain Ford dealership across the road. They made me feel at ease, didn't try to upsell me and random doodads that I didn't need. And when one option didn't work out for financing, they surprised me with a terrific substitute. This is a dealer that will fight not only to EARN your business, but to keep you satisfied.
